About

Built on structure, judgment, and continuity.

Prosper Men’s Health was developed to provide evidence-based care for men experiencing symptoms that may be related to low testosterone and broader hormonal health.

About Prosper Men’s Health

Our clinic builds on the care model established through Prosper’s women’s health services, where we have been providing care since 2023. We bring that same approach to men’s health — focused on clarity, clinical judgment, and individualized care.

Our Philosophy

We believe men’s hormonal health should be approached with the same level of care, structure, and clinical reasoning as any other area of medicine.

Many of the men we see have been told their symptoms are “just aging” or difficult to explain. Our role is to bring clarity, context, and evidence-based options to these situations.

We recognize that symptoms are often influenced by more than hormones alone. Education around metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, exercise, and cardiometabolic risk is an essential part of care.

Our practice emphasizes careful clinical judgment and clear decision-making. Testosterone therapy, when used, is prescribed thoughtfully and monitored appropriately over time.

We do not replace primary care. We support patients during key decision points, treatment initiation, and ongoing reassessment.

Medical Leadership

Tania Croft

Tania Croft, Co-Founder, Clinic Coordinator, and Intake RN

Tania co-founded Prosper Menopause Clinic in January 2023, helping build a patient-centered clinic focused on improving access to evidence-based hormone and wellness care.

Tania has spent more than 23 years in adult critical care nursing, bringing extensive clinical experience, compassion, and organizational leadership to her work. Through her role coordinating patient care and overseeing clinic intake, she is passionate about creating a supportive, seamless experience for patients seeking help with hormone health, energy, vitality, and overall well-being.

Her own experience navigating surgical menopause sparked a deep interest in hormone health and preventative wellness medicine. That journey ultimately led to the creation of Prosper Menopause Clinic and later expanded into supporting men’s health through Prosper Men’s Health.

Tania holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Memorial University of Newfoundland. In addition to her extensive clinical background, she has completed additional education in hormone health, including courses in both menopause care and men’s hormonal health.

Outside of work, Tania enjoys travel, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
